Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Overview

UniNest ("we," "us," or "our") operates a student, vendor, marketplace, exam, and AI-enabled education platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use UniNest websites, apps, APIs, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, profile information, contact details, listing and marketplace data, order and payment metadata, support messages, exam activity, uploaded files, AI prompts, generated content, device information, and usage logs. Payment providers process sensitive payment details, and UniNest stores only the transaction metadata needed for receipts, reconciliation, support, and safety.

3. GPT Actions And Question Imports

If you use a GPT Action or external assistant to generate or import question banks, UniNest receives the import file references, question-bank metadata, generated questions, explanations, tags, and import job status needed to validate and store the content. Imported question banks remain unpublished until review. Do not upload personal, confidential, or copyrighted material unless you have permission to use it.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the platform, manage accounts, process orders, enable vendor verification, operate exam and learning features, support AI safety reviews, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, send service updates, and troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Sharing And Processors

We share information only as needed with service providers such as hosting, database, storage, payment, analytics, communication, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or during a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Security And Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and server-side protections, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and maintain safety records.

7. Your Choices

You may update account information, request support, and ask us to review, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. Some records, such as payment, audit, or safety logs, may need to be retained.
